Laser/Plasma Cutting
Our laser cutting machine produces shapes in flat or tubular materials, including various plastics, leather, paper, fabric and wood. Product possibilities range from key fobs to jewellery to clock faces to machine gaskets. The possibilities are nearly limitless.

The computer that runs our laser machine takes in CAD drawing files and converts them so as to operate the robot part of the laser machine to cut out, and/or engrave, the product required. The image on the homepage shows a laser cutting machine like ours at work.

Design & Planning
​
We will take your ideas and design them into the necessary CAD files, then produce the final product using our laser cutting machine, or the other machine tools available.
​
The file formats used are typically in the .dxf format.
​
We'll also advise regarding details of your design, such as the materials to use. We then plan out the project, so its ready when you need it.
Cutting / Profiling
​
Produces the parts by cutting from a flat sheet of the chosen material, using our powerful, 130W, CO2 laser machine.
​
Or by using tubular stock, & selecting the rotary head available for the Laser to make cylindrical cuts.
​
Quantities can be one-off's, in batches or for production runs.

Assembly
The final stage of the process can be the assembly of the various parts, as necessary.
